This Barre Class is a low impact workout perfect for those that are new or returning to working out. Barre combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. We use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Some light weights and/or resistance bands may be used in class.
