Dance Fitness with Cari is a class that will feed your body, mind, and your soul! We use cardio dance moves as well as barre, pilates, body weight exercises, and stretching to build your confidence and work every muscle in your body! Popular music fuels the class. It will pump you up, tug your heart strings, and inspire you to move in ways you never have before. Our judgement free zone and fun atmosphere will work you out and lift you up! Each class is 60 minutes and is a method of teaching that weaves together sections including a warm up, cardio dance, toning focused on sections of the body such as core/arms/legs, a cool down, and a deep satisfying stretch at the end. Class may require a yoga mat so feel free to bring your own to class. Bring a towel, wear comfortable clothes that make you feel confident and are easy to move in. Wear supportive tennis shoes that are suited for cross training and/or dance movement on a hard surface. All levels are welcome and NO dance experience is required. All cardio dance is repetitive and easily modified for everyone to participate. Please let Cari know before class if you have any injuries, chronic conditions, or special needs for movements. **18 and over can participate**Please no children in the studio**Music may contain explicit lyrics**
